I'm amazed at some of the stories I'm reading on Facebook from a few of my friends about how they've taken crap about either:
a) Being a Michigan fan and talking smack after the win (i.e. "Well, at least there won't be gold pants to sell this year") or
b) Simply being from Michigan since the game ended.
One guy's mother-in-law called him an A-hole and lit him up. Another is a deal where the husband and his family is from Ohio, wife is from Michigan and watched the game here, and her celebration of a Michigan win almost got her thrown out.
It almost makes me embarrassed to be an OSU fan, really. I know everybody handles it differently, but the amount of butthurt going on with
some fans even though they (we?) didn't mind celebrating the last seven OSU/Michigan games is wild.
This year's done. Give them this one, and watch what happens when Urban's at the helm next year.
