That would be quite difficult. His slow start put him pretty far behind. In order to get to the top-3, he'd have to be absolutely on fire from here on out. While I think he's played great since getting back to 100%, that's a lot to ask from a rookie who's only getting 10:00 minutes of ice time. Personally, I think he should be tried back at wing again for a game or two. Just to see if it was the position change or the lingering effects of mono. I'd be willing to bet he'd perform better this time around.
