Dowell and Barch might be a bad comparison. I think Dowell actually does fight better than Barch.

I'll stick with Dowell and Godard. Dowell is solid and can hold his own, but Godard can dominate the best in the league. That's fun when it happens 10 or 15 times a year, but Dowell can make a positive impact, even if it is relatively minor, on a nightly basis.

I hope that is the type of player Gazdic can become (tough but responsible). I imagine that is what Curtis McKenzie will be should he ever develop within the organization.
