Quincey, Kyle $450,000
Yzerman has a base of $1.25M but has bonuses that can get him to $2M - those bonuses have to be counted, thus he's at $2M. Chelios is in a similar situation, but I can't track down the amount he could make in bonuses. Howard's salary is estimated off of tsn.ca - I can't confirm (yet) that this is indeed his cap count. Same with Kronvall, Lebda and Quincey. Otherwise, I'm pretty comfortable saying that the numbers listed are what each player's cap count is.
And yes - I'm taking into account the fact that Kronvall is injured. Based on the players active on the roster who aren't out due to a long-term injury (I'm assuming Fischer will miss at least 10 games and 24 days, Legace is a question mark at this point) they are currently carrying $38,624,300 on the roster. If you project their current roster to stay the same for the remainder of the season, they sit about $212,000 under the upper limit of $39 million.
