Twitter just exploded. Apparently, a realignment proposal passed, by a vote of 26-4. It's not clear which one, but to get that many votes, you have to think it was the league's Caps-to-Patrick proposal, with four conferences. The Commissioner wholly sets the agenda, and he wouldn't have lost control over the process if the votes were going to go that way.
