IMO, it's pretty obvious that Berehowsky is better. He's an NHL-caliber defenseman who could be a serviceable 6th or 7th defenseman on a half-decent NHL team. But he'd be farmed out on a strong NHL team with a good defense (such as Detroit). Meanwhile, Baumgartner is strictly an injury fill-in and a solid AHL player.
