The Bruins team he assembled is better on paper than on ice. Sure, he gave Zhamnov a ridiculous contract and didn't really make any notable additions otherwise, but Boston was a contender last year and looked to be a contender this year.

They aren't losing because they lack talent, they're losing because they lack drive, or a plan for that matter. The blame goes all around on this one.
