The fact that he left his feet is evidence enough for me that he wanted to hurt him. Fedoruk got a penalty for leaving his feet to injure Nedved, same should be said for Neil. If he had just hit him from behind, give him a gamer, but no need for a suspension, just bad judgement on Neils part, but leaving you feet is completely unnecesary.
