Last night, the same thing happened to Visnovsky and I pointed it out. The Kings' disasterous PP puts complete emphasis on shots from the point, making passes to the point frequent, thus increasing the chance of bad turnovers. First, other players pass to the point when the pointman is in a bad situation. Second, Corvo and Visnovsky can be beaten pretty easily (Lubomir because of size and Joe because of lack of hockey sense).

Van Boxmeer needs to go and the team needs a strong-on-the-puck quarterback defenseman.
I'm getting to the point where it's not just JVB that needs to go.

Nick Boynton would look good on our blueline right about now. Not too many others that could be had for cheap, even if we wanted Schenider back he'd cost a lot.
