I am. It doesn't matter if it's a broken play or not. Corvo put himself in a bad position in order to keep the puck in the zone. Any of the team's smarter defensemen (ex. Miller, Norstrom, Gleason, maybe even Visnovsky) would've realized the danger and pulled back. Letting the opponent have the puck and being in a great position for a 1-on-1 is a lot better than stretching for the puck and risking a breakaway. It's another example of Corvo thinking offense rather than defense. If he had pulled back, the breakaway would've never happened and it wouldn't have matter that his backcheck was weak at best.
