I wouldn't trade Fischer for Hamrlik if I were the Wings. Mike Peca, on the other hand, would fill a huge need for the Wings and makes them alot more dangerous. I wouldn't want to face the Wings with Peca on their team.
29 yr old Hamrlik's a rfa at the end of the season.Not a ufa.

and Newsday says Hamrlik(not the nyi), is pushing to get a multi-yr extension signed.He doesn't want to become a ufa in 2005 when there's a cap in place.I have high hopes that a deal is reached before the end of the season.
