Total viewers don't matter, networks only care about the 18-45 demo. It's usually in the 2.6-2.8 range, which would be fantastic for NBC or ABC, but on CBS it's not that great. It's definitely less than what they want in a 9 PM timeslot. I think it will be back next year, but in a 10 PM timeslot where it's average rating would be more acceptable.
