And the Flyers are more or less fine without Pronger (Giroux is a much bigger problem for them right now). For us? Without Weber or Suter, we're basically screwed. Those guys are playing huge minutes, and frankly I don't trust anyone else on the ice playing D right now. Josi has done alright with limited minutes. Hillen, Klein, and Bouillon more or less bring the same thing to the table. High blood pressure.
If we trade one of those guys away, it would have to be for someone who is good enough offensively to justify the hole created on defense. Right now, I can't think of a good reason to trade either Weber or Suter.
