Guys, Can you tell me how to buy a ticket for pronostik???

I'm really pissed off!

I go to the dep, he gives me this gay ass paper with all the questions, I circle my answers, he goes u need to fill the other paper, I fill the other paper and he goes..euh.. I dunno how to do this... I never played this thing....

So what the hell do I have to fill and what the hell do I have to tell the dude to put in the machine so I can get my ticket ?????????

SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!
