I have always liked a hockey team with grit, in a 82 game season, you need to have all aspects of hockey covered and we never have had grit for as long as I can remember. When your scorers don't score, grit can help give a team an energy boast. The only physical player we have, Emelin, is a healthy scratch.

Its like investing and not diversifying, the Habs want to be a puck possession team but for God's sake, if you don't have the puck, don't you think a bit of grit can help you get the puck from your opponent?

As much as I hate the Bruins, I would take every single player they have any day of the week. They understand what it takes to win. Our GM's move have all been reactive again. Just writing this gets me angry so I am stopping.
