On a serious note though, I disagree with some of your points.

I wouldn't want to get rid of Plekanec. From what I have read, he seems like he'll become a less skilled, more physical, faster Koivu (sounds like Brendan Morrison).
Also, something on Hall:

hmmmm... sounds a lot like Ward, doesn't he?

We should let CJ implement his system with a lineup that has some more talent and desire. We've seen that if the team plays the system very good things can happen.

And here's my dream lineup for the future (assuming we stink so badly this year we end up with Ovechkin, and all the prospects are awesome as soon as next year, and we get Morris from Colorado for Garon because they were so desperate for a goaltender by the trade deadline, and since they were so deperate they agreed to take Perrault and Audette
Kostitsyn Ovechkin Perezhogin
Zednik Koivu Ryder
Bulis Higgins Hossa
Begin/Kilger Plekanec Ward

Markov Komisarek
Hainsey Morris
Souray Rivet/Brisbois (he's been very solid this year).

Dreams are a wonderful thing aren't they?
For Hall , I prefer tough guy that work hard than softie that can't play if they are a little bit pushed on the back ..
