Right, but are they mistakes against the top players and are they forced? Most of Corvo's are neither.
He has a lethal shot that has been getting to the net a lot more this season.
Lethal is one of the last words I'd use to describe Corvo's shot. It ain't bad, but it's far short of Blake or Schneider power, and lacks accuracy.
...because he shows tremendous hustle IMO.
He hustles for offense, but not for defense. He's a one-way defenseman. Watch his "backcheck" after the game-losing goal in the Montreal game.
I can admit that he's solid now and then and impresses me now and then, but these posts extolling his greatness like he's a major stud are just silly, IMO. There's a very good reason why Corvo is the last defenseman that most people think to praise. I guess everyone needs some praise before we can start over with Miller and move down again, so let's get these threads over with
