So it doesn't matter that Hemsky is injury prone and has played terrible all season? Of course that will matter to a GM.

If I was a GM looking to put my team over the top, Hemsky would be way down on my list. When guys like Rene Bourque, Derek Roy, PA Parenteau, etc are rumored to be available trying to trade for Hemsky shouldn't be a priority.
