WW never played with Richards and Callahan.
I think that certain dynamics may work better for some players and I think that WW's shot may be better suited to play with Richards.
Additionally, on a talent basis alone, he's superior to Hagelin and I think that duo can use an influx of talent. I know Richards is used to playing with talented players and may be able to take advantage of WW.
Again, had that threesome played and failed together previously, I would agree with you, but seeing as how that has not yet happened, I think we have to give it a long look.
