Don't blame Norstrom for that penalty he took shortly after the previous PK had ended. He had been on the ice for 2.5 minutes (that's 3 times the length of a regular shift). Blame the whole PK unit for not being able to get the puck out of their zone for the entire duration of a 2-minute penalty kill, plus 30 seconds or so afterward. There's no excuse for the 29th-ranked PP to be able to keep the puck in the Kings zone for the entire powerplay.
