Last year, Poti averaged 25 minutes a game, Bouchard averaged 20. This year, Poti averages 23, Bouchard averages 17. It's not that big of a difference.

You people are getting way too carried away here. I don't think you realize what you are saying. You're saying Bouchard can put up 35-45 pts while logging extensive minutes and not being a liability in his own zone. In other words, you think Bouchard can be a top pairing d-man. In reality, 29-year-old journeyman/career minor league d-men do not suddenly blossom into top pairing d-men. It just doesn't happen.
