Can't agree with this more. Great coaches adjust when the personnel can't run what's being asked.

Lavi's all about turning the play the other way, we have alot of dumb turnovers from our defense trying to first pass a breakout. In addition, if the skating effort isn't there we hang ANY goalie we have out to dry.
