Thornton is a solid mention, but I'm not sure about Daigle. Offensively he might be in the top-15 available post-expansion players. But, he was soft, had a bad attitude and was incredibly bad defensively. Despite decent point totals, the guy actually has the worst adjusted +/- per game of all-time.
