Stretching and exercise I get plenty of honestly. It isn't a chronic issue luckily, but every now and then after several days of heavy lifting, bending over, and the typical rigors of work it will bother me for a few days. I took some generic ibuprofen last night (600mg), but it really didn't help. I dunno... it feels ok today. I guess stretching and rest are the biggest keys.
