Jagr looked ESPECIALLY strong backchecking this season, but since the groin injury he hasnt been backchecking nearly enough.

Thats it really.

I mean Hartnell could come deeper into our zone at times, but his style of play is cherrypicking/drawing defenders to him... which gives G + jagr space to break out.
Giroux has been caught in No Man's Land in the D zone numerous times in recent games. Jagr not being 100% isn't even close to being the only reason.
