Look, I know the whole first + a prospect thing from the oilers fans is based around what the alleged asking price of Hemsky was last year. But here's the deal, last year Hemsky was playing well at the time and had a year left on his contract, and at that time a 1st + a prospect was to high an asking price as NO TEAM WAS WILLING TO PAY IT.

In every possible way Hemsky's value has decreased since the last trade line. Sorry to rain on your parade but if he couldn't get a 1st and a prospect last year, he isn't going to get it this year.
