Really entertaining game last night!
With almost 30 more shots than the Sharks, the Bruins should have won this game but at least, they didn't get the loss, thanks to Sammy and his timely goal.
Potvin isn't to blame for a couple of goals but he wasn't very sharp... He got support up front and 3 of the 5 goals were deflected... There may only be the Thornton goal that he was weak due to his position... He wasn't square on the shooter and tries to catch it with his glove but it was a pp goal so....

The 3 Best players for the Bruins were Thornton-Knuble and Bergeron.
Bergeron played an excellent game. Always smart with the puck and he got a lot of chances but Toskola, despite allowing 5 goals, is the main reason ( with the 3 deflection goals by the Sharks) that we got only one point out of this game.

Knuble is very underrated. Can he skate on the forecheck??? This guy knows his role and he played one heck of a game.

Thornton was the best player on the ice yesterday. He was hold-Grab-interfered-high sticked in the face (which had no calls, despite the blood and the fact that the ref looked directly at the infraction...) but he kept trying. His move on the Murray goal to escape from a hold was superbe. Very Great game by Joe. And he was charging the slot more and tried to score on some occasion. He wasn't always looking to pass and he drove the net well yesterday.

Moran played his best game of the year.
That was a game the Bruins should have won, but to get one point late in the third is not that bad. It was a fun game to watch and something the team can start to build on.
Despite some mistakes and bad decision (Boynton bad pass on the 2nd goal...) all the lines played well. I was pleased with the effort. They never stoped..

Now, bring on the Stars and Billy !!
