Gill found his game in Pittsburgh though and has been a much better player since the Penguins aquired him. He also has a lot more playoff experience now and is a proven playoff asset after three long playoff runs (two with Pens and one with Habs) in the last four years. He also built a reputation as being a leader and huge asset in the dressing room.
I suspect Gill would fetch a 2nd or 3rd.
