Problem is, we still have to develop our young players and Jagr is a coachkiller. When the example is set, that you can cry and whine when you don't get your way and it works, how do you develop players ? Maybe I'm wrong, but everything I hear and read says that Jagr plays for Jagr. Can that work for us ? Maybe I'm wrong, but the Jagr we used to see hasn't shown up in a long time.
