Chances of a backup goalie who's played very little coming in and getting the win against the Rangers? Very little in my opinion.
Thoughts? Does Trotz just not think it's likely enough we beat the Rangers to be worth starting Rinne? Or does he just want to get him 2 days of rest, even at the cost of a game?
Lindy has to get some starts in. We're up against the best team in the league, and they sit in the opposite conference. May as well start Anders.
It could also be a smoke screen
