I don't think it's unfair to say that. MTLPensFan used the Jeffrey example, so let's look at Jeffrey. Say Asham comes back. That means, I think we'll all agree, that Tangradi is going to WBS. BUT, what if Staal came back tomorrow? You think Bylsma sits Park or Sullivan? I mean, I prefer Jeffrey to either of those two, but it's pretty clear that Bylsma has a major hard on when it comes to his useless vets up front.
