The idea is good, but the logistics would be difficult to manage. I am not sure about the ECHL, but the NPHL's business model requires new owners to pay a $40,000 entry fee as well as posting a $240,000 security bond and an annual operating budget of $250,000. The NPHL is most likely cheaper than the ECHL. So we are looking at raising $530,000 for a new franchise in the NPHL. I doubt that the Brooks Brothers are selling out cheap either.
