The cap should easily go up to 68.5 mil. If Pronger is out next year then we'd have just about 9 mil for a top 4 dman, 13th forward, 7th dman and space for injury call-ups.
I heard some commentators talking about the $68M range too.

Also, depending on the CBA, would these ELC with bonuses not be removed from the cap hit by the start of the season, if not over the summer?
