Have patched my own gloves and have repalmed one myself.

I got a bag of leather scraps cheap from Egli's Sheep Farm when I was passing by that way on a trip. If you can find some cheap leather scraps you could try to patch it using button hole thread and a needle for heavier/thicker material.

Wouldn't recommend repalming yourself unless you have a fair bit of spare time and some patience. A local shoe repair place that does replaming will probably be your best bet.
