Forty yrs old next yr. Probably shouldnt resign him regardless. At that age his performance will fall off a cliff, injury or otherwise.

Plus, he will constantly get these nagging bumps. It'll be a miracle if Jagr can play at 100 percent by the time the POs roll around.
