You must be in the lower half. im center of the top row, and ive been there for a few years now. the 4 seats to the right of me and the two seats to the left of me are ticket broker/box office tix. nobody is ever next to me and its quite nice.. but yes, always someone on the lower half of 304 getting to their seats in the middle of play.

Day after xmas game was the worst.
