Why are the Rangers significantly better then anyone in the league when outshooting their opponents?
The first reason is that we don't do it that often, so the sample size is small.

The second may be that we are not a very shot-happy club, the team tends to cycle and build and try not to waste possession with a low percentage shot. If we are outshooting the opposition it means we are truly dominating the game.
