Unless you're Crosby, Ovechkin, Malkin, Stamkos, etc. If you're an elite franchise guy, you can likely do whatever the hell you want.

I doubt Crosby changes it out much. He's worn the same jock since 14 or something like that, and while his other stuff looks to be much newer, I doubt he's the type who cares enough to insist on brand new underwear for each game.
And yes, I bring that up whenever relevant, because I think it's friggin' hilarious. Making millions a year, and refuses to replace ratty old crap.
