The Nike sweaters are usually being used for official tournaments only, for exhibition games they use Bauer products with advertisement and the DEB federation patch.

The Metzen jerseys are of a decent quality, the company supplies sweaters to several DEL teams. The Germany "authentics" are designed to resemble the official jerseys, however sporting the german eagle only, and lacking the federation patch. As they come without all those crappy ads, they have certainly some appeal.
