This is 100% accurate.The Rangers and every other NHL, AHL, and youth hockey team. Everybody shoots to score usually tring to go bar down.
Depending upon your angle, you should not always be shooting to score (Sounds crazy, but is true).
One player on the Rangers who always shoots low to far pad so goalie has to kick rebound in the slot is Callahan. If he is being pushed wide by the D. he will always get it on net low.
Torts has lamented the Rangers lack of rebound goals. This is the asnwer.
