Stale Sunday Garrioch

Itís Remembrance Day on Tuesday here in Canada, so itís sad but not surprising that Bruce Garrioch remembered to file his regular column full of trade talk *stuff*. See:

Lalime, Redden catch Canada's eye

Here is all the stuff that he remembered:

This one just shows you how much Garrioch knows. Perhaps he meant the dual roles of Zamboni driver and washroom cleaner?

"I fully believe Dale Tallon has all the qualities necessary to be a GM and I fully expect him to be the next GM of Chicago." There were rumours Friday Pulford would be fired, but this would kill any chance he'll bring in son-in-law Dean Lombardi.
This is quite the entertaining organization, and so it wonít take long before they have the ďBe GM for a DayĒ program.

Okay letís not start debating Comrie here, we are trying to build up the Comrie sticky thread to become the worldís longest hockey talk thread, but it is no where close to 1000 posts yet (or even the record), so please contribute there.

If he + something could get a player in return, the Sens would move him. However trade value for Prusek canít be much.

Yup, big talk out of Montreal, little action out of Montreal. This *stuff* has already been covered in other threads, so no need to rehash it here just because Garrioch rehashed it.

This comment implies they are just giving Gomez away, which isnít happening.

So this is the opposite of a trade rumour Ė Thornton is staying put.

Yes, shake up that Tampa team after that 9-0 win. This goalie to the Avs is quite stale, it looks like Garrioch is running out of material for his column.
