Mueller, Perron, Crosby, Bergeron, MacDonald, Pronger and Lombardi are always going to have that stigma attached to them in the future. There have been enough of examples of guys having to sit out a long time with a concussion being forced to retire after the next one (Savard, Lappy). And some have done well for a few years (Bergeron).
