Split your Split!

As promised I've been doing some juggling with my split routine and I can say give it a try it realls works. Basically instead of doing one group only a day I'm doing two but more intense (i.e. Biceps and Chest).

In order to gain some much needed explosiveness and stamina I've been trying spinning and mixed it with martial arts sports.Gonna continue in doing so till I see my PT again by the end of march.

Has anyone else changed his routine in the new year and might wanna share it?
