That's what I'm trying to get at.

There are so many other guys in the locker room who should be in Burmi's place and yet he's always the one that gets demoted while multiple others continue with their futility.

It's been like that all year so that has to wear on his confidence, and we all know how important confidence is to a hockey player (see Blake Wheeler).
