That looks solid, more than Kuba on that top pairing, but hey, I wouldn't be TOO opposed to the idea of bringing Kuba back for another year.
It is hard to get a top quality top 4 D-Man as UFA or trade, let alone 2 of them. You have Kuba... here.. he is easy to resign... you kind of need to do it. Look at overpayments like Buffalo for Ehroff. Kuba is here, he can likely be easily resigned. If we wait until July 1st and don't resign him, we might lose him and also lose everyone else that could help.

In a perfect world we get every defenceman we want.. but reality is not so perfect. I say resign Kuba for 2 or 3 years and then try to sign the best 2-way defensively strong defenceman we possibly can from UFA.
