Agreed. But at the same time you want the NHL club to be as competitive as possible. Being surrounded by solid, hard working veterans plays a huge role in properly developing young players.

I'd like Grier in Montreal just like i would like Weimer...but obviously the price has to be right. It's completely out of the question that the Habs give up one of their top 3-4 prospects for one of those guys.
