King looked pretty good in camp this year - but that's just camp. It caught me by surprise that he was such a late cut, but then again I rarely get to see these guys outside of when they come to LA. He has always stuck out because of his size and his nice set of hands.

I hoped he would excel eventually but I am surprised at the jump he has developed. He's not fast, but he gets to spots really quickly. It's obvious he is well coached and has pretty solid instincts. Whatever it is, "it" is starting to click for him and he looks comfortable and confident. Here's to hoping both he and Nolan can keep it going. Their size and power style of play are what we are missing. They keep it simple and use what skills and size they were given, which breeds success.
