This. I had 2 concussions in a 3 year span and was getting headaches at times during games so I gave the tinted visor a shot (you get your fair share of chirping but a-lot of the guys who are chirping were the benders who couldn't beat me one on one), it worked as far as toning down the brightness but I eventually took it off after I got a pretty good stick mark from a high stick and went back to clear.
