I think this trade deadline and off-season will be a huge test for Sather and co. Changing your mindset to build from within in a cap league... Not difficult. Yielding results with that culture change/mindset... Not easy but doable with the right scouts... Getting that final piece to the puzzle, in the right way, for the right price... without ruining team concept/chemistry... EXTREMELY DIFFICULT
