I gotta give the edge to Staal, but not by a whole lot.
Push comes to shove, I think McD will have the edge on offense, but I think Staal has the edge on defense.
But it's not a wide gap in either category.
Personally, I am more curious to see where Del Zotto ends up. If he can build on this season, he could be an elite offensive defenseman.
